Shipment processing time

All orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days. *Please note due to COVID related precautions we're experiencing a 3-7 business day processing time on all orders.

Deliveries do not occur on weekends or holidays. If there are any delays in order processing we will contact you via email.

Due to COVID-19 related delays, we are unable to guarantee next day delivery at this time. Please note that overnight orders will not be delivered on the weekend and need to be placed by 12pm EST in order to be delivered on the next business day. For example, an order placed before 12pm EST on a Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses is handled by USPS. We cannot offer Expedited or Priority shipping for these orders.

You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number once your order has been shipped.


Free shipping

Orders over $50.00* shipping to the contiguous United States are eligible for free standard shipping. All other orders are not eligible for free shipping.

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
