We have a 30-day return/refund for an item that is defective. We will initiate a return or exchange upon receipt of photos showing the defect. Please see our Damages section below for more details about what qualifies as a manufacturer defect. If you receive an item and decide that you no longer want to keep it, you are not eligible for a return.

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
